Amica Consulting is a boutique consulting firm that reimagines traditional advisory services by prioritizing conversation, collaboration, and authenticity. Inspired by the Italian word amica, meaning “friend,” the design concept is rooted in the experience of having a conversation with a friend in an Italian piazza, where ideas flow naturally and meaningful connections are formed.

Drawing inspiration from ancient Roman architecture and contemporary Italian culture, the office blends traditional character with modern workplace functionality. Arched openings, mosaic tile details, and textured stone surfaces reference historic architecture, while open layouts and fluid circulation encourage collaboration and dialogue.

A warm palette of terracotta, ochre, and muted greens reflects the Mediterranean landscape and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Natural materials such as stone, wood, and woven textiles add depth and tactility, while greenery and natural light reinforce the connection between nature, conversation, and shared ideas.
