This project explores the design of a mixed-use building combining a commercial retail space with a residential living environment. The ground floor is designed for Bevande, a bottled cocktail brand inspired by the Italian word for “drinks.” The retail and bar space reflects the brand’s bold identity through vibrant colours, geometric forms, and Memphis-inspired design elements, creating a playful and engaging customer experience.

The upper level is designed as a Malibu condo for Barbie and Ken Mattel, blending lively energy with relaxed coastal living. Soft pink and blue tones, curvilinear furniture, natural wood elements, and playful patterns create a warm and inviting atmosphere inspired by the surrounding beach landscape.

The design is communicated through a series of presentation drawings, including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, and solar studies that that present the key design elements and overall concept of both spaces.
